REPORTED BY JNFERRIGNO
Everyone loves a good conspiracy theory, and small communities are known to thrive on local gossip when nothing else is available. One such conspiracy theory is the Antilopine Project. This theory speculates that in 2004 the Australian government began a secret underground breeding experiment to create an unbeatable, Olympic level, competitive show jumping horse through use of Kangaroo DNA.

Most people just scoffed at the idea of such a thing. That is until photographs of this strange striped animal showed up in the local tabloids. A local groom for Baradora Stud happen to take a single photo of what appeared to be a red kangaroo, but had the neck and head as well as forelimbs of a Zebra.
When inquired, Baradora refused to answer, and the employee was said to never have worked there. Rather suspicious of their refusal to answer our questions, we looked into public records to find out that a company called ATS delivered one “Thoroughbred” mare to be live covered by their champion stallion, a son of Hidden Dragona. Further research showed that ATS was none other then Antilopine Stables.
The TBA had no listing for an Antilopine Stables, and the Australian Stud book had not received any notice about Baradora covering any mares off season. One tabloid picture started to turn into many as people all over Central Australia started to see this strange creature. One member of the community, who wished to remain anonymous stated, “she's quick and she's darn clever...I say she, because one morning I walk into the yards to feed the beasties, and notice my stud has gone missing. Well that's my prized stallion, and I couldn't afford to loose him. So I grab my horse, and my partner took the ute. Long story short, that doe had my stud in love.”
Australians began to worry that the Brumbies were not the only thing to threaten their bloodlines if this creature was able to crossbreed. After many public inquiries by the media skeptics, a single member of Orbis press was finally granted access to all that was going on behind the scenes of “Project Antilopine.”

After flying out to Australia, I had a 4 hour car ride, where I was then handed off to two men in a black ute, and just like in the movies I was blind folded for what was another 4 hour car ride. Needless to say I was very glad to have used the little girls room before this 8 hour trip. The facility, resides in an undisclosed location, set back against the Australian Outback.
The man that greeted me, we shall call Dave. Dave is the head or research and development for the Antilopine project. He explained to me that through select chromosome research, they were able to develop a viable offspring between certain sub-species of Zebra, and different types of native marsupials. Their research showed that not only did the pregnancy go to term, but the offspring were able to reproduce with one another as well as horses.
When crossed with horses they maintained their Kangaroo characteristics, however their equine features changed slightly, and they lost most their body bars. The Australian government had in fact been breeding these animals since 2000, and have plans on furthering their development to minimize the kangaroo features but maintain the jumping ability so that they can compete in the 2012 Olympics.

A Zeboo is a very specific type of equine marsupial hybrid that results when you genetically cross a female Zebra to a male Kangaroo. The ideal Zeboo has a back that is 60-70 inches long (not including their tail), with a height of 60-64 (17-18hh) inches at the shoulder, and at most 88 (22hh) inches at the croup. However, bucks can be almost twice this size. They come in a range of colors: Silver Banded, Russet Banded, Dilute Banded, and Copper Cream Point. Dave would not release any information on their bloodlines, behavior, and riding ability. But he did hint at there being public information at a later date.

Since January 8th 2009, the Orbis Games community started to see a new, and rather organized, way of rule enforcement. This was based on a point system broken down for Forums and Chat. All violations now have been assigned a specific point value, and each violation gets recorded with the users name and IP. After 12 points, a 1 day ban is given and so forth. The great thing about this policy, is the points accumulate! Meaning that if you come back from your 24 hour ban, you still come back with all your points. And if you don’t behave, you find your self facing a 3 day ban, and so forth. On the bright side however, if you go a year without accumulating any points you can have your points reset.

Penalty Breakdown:
      12 Points: 24 Hours
      24 Points: 72 Hours
      32 Points: 7 Days
      36 Points: 1 Month
      48 Points: Permanent

Each violation is given a specific number of points, and if you don’t pay attention to the rules, you can easily accumulate them, especially with Banner Violations. Banner violations along with provoking other players and a few others will earn you an easy 4 points. Of the 4 point violations, breaking the banner size limits is the most commonly done. Remember individual banners must not exceeded 150 x 500 pixels. And your entire signature added together (this INCLUDES your dragon eggs) can
not exceed 300 x 500.
Depending on the nature of some of your posts, you may actually receive a permanent ban instead of points. The Orbis Games terms of service is written out clearly for everyone, so there is no excuse to see adult natured references in a family game. Personal flaming, false advertising, and theft are just some of the violations that will cause you to receive 12 points and a 24 hour ban.
These rules are universal to chat as well as the forums, however there are some rules that pertain specifically to chat. Excessive nick changes, as well as excessives in general will warrant an automatic 4 point violation. So please find a name and stick to it, and keep in mind that anything above 3 of the same repetitive characters is considered excessive. And as always, do not give or ask for personal information.
Room spamming, and flooding are automatic 24 hour bans, along with impersonation, and provoking. Posting of anything adult natured is an automatic perma ban, and your IP is reported to the chat host, which will most likely result in a server ban. Keep in mind now that violations no longer warrant warnings, and your first issuing of points is considered your only warning.
If you are not familiar with Orbis Games TOS, of the Chat Network rules, please follow the provided links. And for a complete list of Rules and Updates please check the Rules and FAQ’s sections on your respective forums. All Ops reserve the right to adjust the penalty given depending on the severity of the offense.
